HPL Panels
What are HPL panels? HPL panels, also known as compact laminate or high-pressure laminate, are a material produced by pressing cellulose impregnated with thermosetting resins together with several layers of decorative paper. This is a modern, technologically advanced material for cladding for interior and exterior surfaces of the buildings, consisting of large composite panels with unique properties. The panels are durable, reliable, and easy to install and use. They are used for ventilated facades, balcony cladding, fencing, wall and surface cladding, and furniture manufacturing.
HPL panels are robust, self-supporting, resistant to mechanical damage, and durable. The material’s strength allows for the production of large panels, which saves approximately 30% in material consumption compared to the use of cassettes.
The surface of HPL panels is completely porous, with water absorption approaching zero, making the surface easy to clean and resistant to microorganisms and mold, so they can be used in laboratories where high sterility is required.
The panels are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and free of heavy metals, harmful chemical compounds, and asbestos; they do not pollute the environment.
Our consultants are always ready to help you choose the right type of panels, select the thickness and finish, and calculate the required quantity of materials.
